HiBilingue is a charitable organization that helps children from 3 to 12 years of age succeed at school through English and French literacy programs.
HiBilingue was founded in memory of the 20,000 children kidnapped from Ukraine, the 733 who lost their lives, and the 2,285 who have been injured since February 2022.
We support newcomers, low-income families, and students who need to improve their skills in an official Canadian language. Our programs strengthen reading, comprehension, and speaking abilities to boost learning, prevent dropout, and prepare children for future success.
HiBilingue nurtures a love of learning, curiosity about different cultures and languages, and the development of critical thinking skills.
We recommend age-appropriate books that inspire curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a passion for seeking the truth.

HiBilingue adapts books for children aged 3 to 12.
One of our educational kits is designed for children aged 3 to 5, aiming to reduce anxiety around literacy and make early reading a positive, stress-free experience. It also helps parents feel confident and comfortable supporting their child’s learning progress.
Donate and help HiBilingue improve its program each year.
Your support allows HiBilingue to adapt our programs for children, parents, and teachers; provide conferences and presentations on children’s learning and bilingualism in Canada; help parents and cooperate with teachers; and offer appropriate locations for teaching and family support.
